2012 Buick Enclave

For 2012, the Buick Enclave CX and CXL trim level names and badging are eliminated, and available in four equipment groups include 1SB (Buick Enclave Base), 1SD (Convenience), 1SL (Leather) and 1SN (Premium), all-wheel drive is also available. Another highlight for the 2012 Buick Enclave includes standard hill-hold assist braking technology that automatically holds brake for 1.5 seconds when the driver’s foot leaves the brake pedals on inclines of 5% or steeper.
To avoid unintended acceleration, the Buick Enclave also offers an enhanced electronic pedal override reduces power to the engine when the brake and accelerator pedals are depressed at the same time. Exterior colors for 2012: Crystal Red Tintcoat (late availability) replaces Red Jewel Tintcoat, Stone Gray Metallic (late availability) replaces Cyber Gray Metallic.
Powering all Buick Enclave models is a fuel-efficient V-6 direct injected engine with variable valve timing develops power of 288-hp (215 kW) and 270 lb.-ft. (366 Nm) of torque. The engine is coupled to the Hydra-Matic 6T75 electronically-controlled six-speed automatic transmission. The EPA-estimated fuel economy is 24 mpg highway on FWD models and 22 mpg on AWD models.
The Buick Enclave can tow up to 4,500 pounds (2,045 kg) when properly equipped and can be flat-towed in both FWD and AWD configurations.
